Yes all the pictures are me :) And after a binge you need to take a deep breath, drink water and realize that it really won’t affect your progress at all. Learn from it, find out what caused you to binge and try to avoid situations that put you in that mood xx

Stretch marks will fade in time and losing weight can help them fade faster but they’ll never go away permanently. Also rubbing bio oil on them really helps with the fading. xx
