I started this blog with the intention of it helping me lose weight, but now my main goal is to tone up and be healthy. I don't really care about my weight anymore. I just want to be in shape.

monday: 1 hour horse riding 20 minute bike ride
tuesday: 2 hour boxing class
wednesday: Rest day, 20 minute walk
thursday: Alternate between jogging and walking for 60 minutes
friday: 60 minute Zumba
saturday: 20 minute bike ride, 1 hour horse riding, 20 minute jog and 1 hour walking dogs
sunday: 20 minute bike ride, 45 minutes horse riding, 20 minutes jog and 1 hour walking dogs.

Will cutting down calories make me lose weight? No it won’t. Your body needs at least 1,200 calories a day to work properly. If you eat less it will start going into what is called “starvation mode”, where it stores as much fat as it can to use as energy later. As soon as you eat more it will continue storing the fat due to your metabolism slowing down and not having eaten much in the days beforehand, and you’ll actually end up putting on more weight than you had lost.
