I don't really care about my weight anymore. I just want to be in shape. Height: 177cm (5'9) SW: 67kg (148 pounds) UGW: Fit and healthy Stop and do  pushup(s) I am not a nutritionist so my advice might not be accurate (only putting this here because I'm getting complaints)

Yeah it’s pretty good, about 500 calories per hour. But it varies depending on your height and weight. xx
