I started this blog with the intention of it helping me lose weight, but now my main goal is to tone up and be healthy. I don't really care about my weight anymore. I just want to be in shape.

so, I'm on my monthly and I've let myself go a bit with the diet! I've eaten chocolate and biscuits :-/ is this okay if I get straight back on track? or will I gain weight? x
